How do I contact you?

Are consultations free?

Yes.

What are your consultation hours?

Monday through Friday, by appointment.

What do I need to reserve the date?

A signed contract and $750 retainer payment, or 50% of total invoice, whichever is greater.

How would you identify your photographic style?

Combination of photojournalistic, candid, and traditional style.

Do you offer special effects or enhancements?

Yes. Colorizing (one object in color, rest in black and white), Black and White, Vintage Effect, Sepia Toning, Softening, Airbrushing, Vignetting and many more.

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Yes - all lighting conditions, including dim lighting.

Is your media preference film or digital?

Digital.

How many photographers do you work with?

One- myself. Two upon request and additional charge.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day?

Yes, I work with a network of photographers to handle these situations.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Depending on the location: Camera, digital accessories, lighting, tripod, ladder.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

Hourly and packages.

If hourly, are you available for shooting overtime? If so, how much do you charge for overtime?

Yes, there is a reduced fee for shooting over the original allotted time. I will work with you, however, to make sure you get the shots you need.

Do you require that the wedding party provide your meal?

Not required, but kindly requested.

How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day?

One - dinner (20 minutes).

Do you charge for travel?

No, not for weddings in the Fox Cities, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, and Fon du Lac Areas. Madison and Milwaukee weddings and other areas are associated with a minimal travel charge.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Original, unedited proofs can be made available in approximately one week after the wedding upon request. Final photos are ready within 2 - 3 weeks of the wedding.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Website, CD-ROM, DVD.

How long can the couple keep the proofs?

Forever.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes, but if the CD/DVD of Copyright-Free Images is included, you own the rights.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the couple?

Yes, if the CD/DVD of Copyright-Free Images is included.

Will images be available for viewing on an online gallery?

Yes.

What kind of albums do you offer?

Create-Your-Own, Storybook Hardcover, Coffee-Table Leatherbound, and many more.

When will I get the final book?

Within one month of your submited photo selection.

How long does it take to deliver a book?

3-4 weeks.
